Felony Arrest in Fleming County

(Flemingsburg, KY) – On October 5, 2013, Kentucky State Police Morehead received a call for service in reference to a burglary that had taken place on Ewing Road in Fleming County. Fleming County Sheriff's Department had also been working similar burglaries in the area over the past month. Trooper Eugene Robinson along with deputies from the Fleming County Sheriff's Department conducted investigations that led to the arrest of Jeremy Earlywine, 22 of Ewing. Trooper Robinson was able to recover multiple stolen firearms along with hunting supplies and hunting dogs that were stolen from the Ewing area. Mr. Earlywine has been charged with two counts of Receiving Stolen Property, Firearm out of Fleming County, one count of Receiving Stolen Property, Firearm out of Robertson County and Receiving Stolen Property Under $10,000 from Bath County. Mr. Earlywine has been lodged at the Mason County Detention Center. Additional charges are pending.
