Update: Criminal Abuse Investigation

Date of News Release: 12/19/2013

(Morehead, KY) - On December 19, 2013 at 12:48 P.M. Trooper Aaron Brown arrested Timothy Anderson at his mother's residence on Mt. Pleasant Road in Bath County. Anderson was charged with one count of Assault 4th Degree (Domestic Abuse), one count of Assault 4th (Child Abuse) and one count of Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree. Anderson in currently lodged in the Montgomery County Regional Jail. This incident remains under investigation by Sergeant Jim Bowling.

Criminal Abuse Investigation

Date of News Release: 12/18/2013

(Morehead, KY) - On December 17, 2013 at 8:31 P.M, The Kentucky State Police in Morehead received a call in reference to a 17 month old male child who was taken to the Fleming County Hospital because he was not breathing. Detective Toby Gardner responded to the Fleming County Hospital and was advised that the child had been airlifted to the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington and had a possible brain injury. The child, who was in foster care at the time of the incident, underwent surgery and is currently in critical condition. This incident remains under investigation by Detective Toby Gardner.
