(Pikeville, KY) -- On Monday, February 11, 2013 Sergeant Jennifer Sandlin with the Kentucky State Police was named as a member of the Circle of Honor by the Kentucky Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) for Special Olympics. For individuals to receive this recognition they must raise at least $1,000 for Special Olympics over the course of a year. Sgt Sandlin also serves as the Region 3 Coordinator for LETR.

LETR for Special Olympics is a year-round fundraising effort in partnership with law enforcement communities. For more information on Kentucky Special Olympics visit www.soky.org.
