Drug Arrest and Investigation in Laurel County

(LONDON, KY.) - On Friday, February 21, 2014 at approximately 2:13 AM the Kentucky State Police, Post 11 London, received a complaint of possible drug activity at an apartment located in the Arlington Green Apartment Complex in Laurel County.

Upon arrival at the apartment Troopers discovered an indoor marijuana grow operation. Confiscated were 17 marijuana plants, processed marijuana, grow lights, fertilizer and other materials used in cultivation of marijuana.

Arrested at the scene was:

  1. Dusty Wilson, 31, of London, and charged with Cultivate In Marijuana ( 5 plants or more ), Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
  2. Rebecca Wilson, 33, of London, and charged with Cultivate In Marijuana ( 5 plants or more ), Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
  3. Jacob Roark, 22, of London, and charged with Cultivate In Marijuana ( 5 plants or more ), Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Trooper Mike King is in charge of the investigation and was assisted at the scene by KSP SGT Steve Walker, Trooper Chris Saunders and Trooper Josh Cox.
