(Columbia, KY.) - CVE Officer Derek Cundiff is investigating a collision that occurred today at 9:10 AM EDT, 10 miles south of Campbellsville on KY 55. 83-year-old Donnell York, of Columbia, was operating a 2008 Chevy Impala. He was traveling north on KY 55, when an eyewitness stated that York pulled off the shoulder of the roadway and slumped over the steering wheel, briefly stopped before taking back off, crossed the center line and struck a guardrail before coming to final rest in the ditch line. York was transported to Taylor Regional Hospital where he was pronounced dead due to natural causes by Taylor County Coroner Terry Dabney.
