Marshall County Woman Charged With Cultivating Marijuana

(Benton, KY.) - The Kentucky State Police cited Kathy C. Kuelker, 52 of Benton, into court for Cultivating in Marijuana 5 plants or more (Class D Felony), Possession of Marijuana (Class B Misdemeanor), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Class A Misdemeanor).
The charges stem from a drug investigation conducted by the Kentucky State Police. On July 18, 2014, KSP seized 5 marijuana plants with a street value of $10,000 and drug paraphernalia items from Kuelker's property.
