Princeton Man Arrested on Several Charges

(Mayfield, Ky.) - On 10-25-14 at 8:11pm, Trooper Daniel Holland, with the Kentucky State Police, conducted a traffic stop on a white Chevrolet pickup truck that had front end damage. After a roadside investigation, Mr. Rabineau was placed under arrest for DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, one headight, and failure to wear seatbelt. Mr. Rabineau was then lodged in the Caldwell County Jail. Trooper Holland located a guardrail along the intersate that had damage which matched up with the vehcile's damage. A short time later, it was discovered that the vehicle had been reported stolen to the Princeton Police Department. After Trooper Holland learned this, he returned to the Caldwell County Jail and added the charge of receiving stolen property U/$10,000 to Mr. Rabineau's charges.
