Sexual Abuse Investigation and Arrest in Butler County

(Bowling Green, KY) - The Kentucky State Police initiated an investigation into allegations of sexual abuse of children in March, 2014. The investigation was presented to the Butler County Grand Jury on April 22, 2014.
On April 30, 2014, Kentucky State Police served indictment warrants on Mike Grise (33) of Morgantown, KY. Mr. Grise was arrested for Sexual Abuse 1st Degree, Victim Less than 12 (13 Counts), Sodomy 1st Degree, Victim Less than 12 (11 Counts), and Rape 1st Degree, Victim Less than 12 (11 Counts). Mr. Grise is currently lodged at the Butler County Jail.
The investigation is ongoing and is being led by Detective Laura Phillips, Kentucky State Police Post 3 Bowling Green, KY.
