Oldham County Man Arrested for DUI

(Eminence, KY) - In 2009, Cody File, then 18 years old from Crestwood, KY, was the driver in a DUI crash in which his girlfriend, a passenger in the vehicle he was driving, was killed. File pleaded guilty to Manslaughter and was sentenced to 14 years in prison but was granted shock probation after serving eight months. Last night (4/9) File was arrested by Trooper Barrett Brewer and charged with DUI 2nd Aggravated, Failure to Report a Traffic Accident, Operating on a Suspended Operator's License, Failure to Surrender a Revoked Operator's License, and Failure to Wear Seatbelts. File was lodged at the Shelby County Detention Center.
