Green County Indoor Marijuana Grow

(Greensburg, KY.) - 64-year-old Richard Handy, of Louisville, was arrested on Friday, April 17 at approximately 9:00 PM CST and charged with Cultivating Marijuana 5 or more plants 1st offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Trafficking in Marijuana 1st offense and Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Offense (Cocaine).
Handy owns property located on Marshall Ridge Road in Green County that was suspected to have had an indoor marijuana grow operation inside the residence. Troopers responded to the scene and, based upon evidence found, were able to secure a search warrant which led to the arrest. Handy was lodged in the Adair County jail. Tpr. Charles Hedgespeth and Tpr. Jeremy Baker are investigating.
