Single Vehicle Motorcycle Collision with Injuries

(HENDERSON, KY.) -- Trooper Turner was responding to a domestic violence complaint while traveling Westbound on US60 Bypass when he came behind a motorcycle operated by Mr. Keith Haack who was also traveling Westbound on the Bypass. Mr. Haack sped up to speeds in excess of 120 mph. Mr. Haack passed vehicles in the construction zone on the Eastbound lane. Trooper Turner lost sight of Mr. Haack. As Trooper Turner approached the intersection of US60 Bypass and US60 West, he observed Mr. Haack lying in the middle of the intersection. Mr. Haack was transported to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for injuries and later flow to St. Mary's Evansville for head injuries. Mr. Haack's condition is unknown at this time. Mr. Haack was charged with Speeding, Fleeing and Evading Police 1st Degree, Reckless Driving, and Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree and other traffic related charges.
