Three Arrested After Traffic Stop on the William Natcher Parkway

(Henderson, KY) - Trooper Clemons observed a Black 2012 Volvo traveling at a high rate of speed northbound on the William Natcher Parkway. Trooper Clemons initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle, and upon making contact with the occupants detected a strong odor of marijuana. Railey was found to be driving on a suspended license and a search of the vehicle revealed a large quantity of marijuana and cash. Items were seized.
Jared C. Parham age 22 of Newburgh, IN was charged with Trafficking marijuana less 8oz, Drug paraphernalia buy/possess, Possession of controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense drug unspecified.
Jordan J. Vondersaar age 23 of Evansville, IN was charged with Alcohol Intoxication in public place.
Mitchell Railey age 29 of Newburgh, IN was charged with Speeding 16 mph over the limit, Operating on DUI suspended license, Open alcohol beverage container in vehicle-prohibited, Fugitive from another state.
All were lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center on the above charges.
