KSP Arrests Fugitive Wanted out of Tennessee for First Degree Murder and Child Abuse

(Wingo, KY) - At approximately 9:45 PM on June 11, 2015, Kentucky State Police apprehended Zachary Thacker, 28, as a result of First Degree Murder and Child Abuse warrants out of Sumner County, TN. Thacker, who was a previous Graves County resident, was located at a residence in the Wingo community and apprehended without incident. Thacker was charged with Fugitive from Another State and was lodged in the Graves County Detention Center, where he will await extradition proceedings. Kentucky State Police was assisted by the Graves County Sheriff's Office in the apprehension of Thacker. Trooper Cory Hamby with the Kentucky State Police is the case officer for the investigation pertaining to Thacker's fugitive status.
