Injury Collision on East Gap Hill Road

(Munfordville, KY) - On April 9, 2015 at approx 11:00 am the Kentucky State Police Post 3 Bowling Green received a report of an injury collision on East Gap Hill Road in Hart County involving a log truck.
The preliminary investigation indicated that Timothy Morris (54) of Munfordville was operating a 1992 Ford log truck and was traveling westbound when he lost control and the truck overturned, coming to rest on its side just off the right side of the roadway.
Morris was transported by Hart County EMS to Hardin Memorial Hospital for his injuries, where he was treated and released.
The investigation is ongoing and being conducted by Trooper First Class Timmy Jewell. He was also assisted at the scene by Trooper First Class Jeremy Hodges, Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Officer Casey Tooley, The Cub Run Fire Department, and Alvey's Towing.
