KSP Arrests 3 on Meth Charges

(EASTVIEW, KY.) - Kentucky State Police Post 4 in Elizabethtown made three manufacturing methamphetamine arrests in Eastview involving children present in the home. On January 27, 2015 KSP received a request from the Department of Social Services in Elizabethtown to accompany them to a residence at 135 Dewitt Ln. in Eastview involving possible criminal activity. When DSS and KSP units arrived they discovered ingredients consistent with manufacturing methamphetamine as well as other drug paraphernalia in the residence. Jerramia A. Wilkerson (37), Nequilla R. Wilkerson (27), and Robert D. Tucker (25) were all arrested for Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Possesssion Of A Controlled Substance 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine), Endangering the Welfare Of A Minor, Possession Of A Controlled Substance 2nd Degree, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Robert Tucker was also charged with Giving An Officer False Name Or Address. All three were lodged in the Hardin Co. Detention Ctr. KSP DESI-West and Greater Hardin Co. Narcotics Task force members were sent to the scene to remove hazardous waste. The case is still under investigation by Tpr. Ken Borders
