17 Arrested in Kentucky State Police Roundup

(Campbellsburg, KY) - On Wednesday, December 16, 2015 Kentucky State Police Post 5 Campbellsburg conducted a multiple county roundup resulting in the arrest of 17 individuals.

The Kentucky State Police along with Henry, Trimble, and Oldham County Sheriff's Offices arrested Thomas Payton, 36 of Pleasureville, Brian Nation, 35 of Eminence, Steven Cook, 32 of Eminence, Albert Tollefsen, 32 of LaGrange, Richard Clift, 60 of Pendleton, Raymond Payton, 40 of Campbellsburg, Tammy Blankenship, 38 of Campbellsburg, Casey Maddox, 39 of Campbellsburg, Yvonne Dawson, 63 of Bedford, Steven Drury, 38 of Campbellsburg, Damone Jones, 32 of Louisville, John Patterson, 28 of Campbellsburg, and Travis Doane, 39 of Bedford, for various drug charges. Carmen England, 39 of Milton, Kayla Puckett, 28 of Turners Station, Kenneth Smith, 29 of Carrollton, and Wesley Hatton, 34 of Milton were also arrested for flagrant non-support warrants.

The operation, which was the culmination of nine months of undercover investigations, took place in the early morning hours of Wednesday, December 16, 2015 with 31 suspects. As of 1:00 p.m. 17 of those individuals were apprehended and Kentucky State Police seized seven firearms, drug paraphernalia, and a quantity a methamphetamine and heroin. The Kentucky State Police will continue pursuing the remaining suspects, some of which are across state lines.
