Update (Juvenile Located) - KSP Investigates Missing Juvenile in Madison County

(Richmond, KY) - On Wednesday, January 28, 2015, the Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post received a tip that Harley D. Bussel was supposed to be staying at a residence in Richmond, Ky. As a result of the tip and investigation, Harley D. Bussell was found last night at approximately 6:40 pm. The initial investigation has revealed that she was not in any danger and had not been abducted, but had simply decided to run away from home.
The ongoing investigation is being conducted by KSP Trooper Albert LaGrange. During the investigation, he was assisted by KSP Post 7 Personnel, Richmond Police Department, and Berea Police Department.
KSP Investigates Missing Juvenile in Madison County

(Berea, KY) – The Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post is investigating a missing juvenile case in Madison County.
On Tuesday, January 20, 2015, at approximately 10:30 pm, KSP Post 7 was notified that Harley D. Bussell, 17 years old, had not returned from school. She was last seen that morning when her father dropped her off at Madison Southern High School.
The initial investigation indicates that Harley Bussell left the school and ran away with an unknown person. Harley is a white female, 5'3" tall weighing approximately 125 pounds. She has blonde, shoulder length hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black jacket and red tennis shoes.
Harley's current location is unknown and she has been entered as a missing person. If you have any information about the possible location of Harley or if you have seen her, please call the Kentucky State Police, Post 7 at 859-623-2404.
