Ohio County Man & Woman Charged with Assaulting a Trooper and Officer

Hartford, KY. (October 16, 2016) – Kentucky State Police troopers were attempting to serve an indictment warrant at a residence on McCreary Court in Hartford. Troopers were able to make contact with Jeremiah Gaddis, 24 of Hartford and Ashton Feher, 28 of Hartford. While securing the subjects in the cruiser to transport to the Ohio County Detention Center, Feher kicked a Trooper. While Feher was being restrained Gaddis kicked a Hartford Police Officer while attempting to get out of the police cruiser. Feher and Gaddis were placed under arrest and lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center on the following charges: Assault 3rd Degree-Police Officer and Resisting Arrest. Gaddis was also charged with Terroristic Threatening, 3rd Degree. Troopers were assisted by the Hartford Police Department.
