Sacramento, KY. (December 6, 2016) – On December 6, 2016 Kentucky State Police responded to a two vehicle collision on KY 81 near the McLean, Muhlenberg County line. Tim Shadowen was operating a 2001 Chevy Silverado on KY 81 in Mclean County and struck a small break in the pavement causing him to lose control of his vehicle and slightly cross over the yellow line. Shadowen then struck another vehicle driven by Annett Stanley who was travelling southbound on KY 81. Tim Shadowen was transported by EMS to the Owensboro Hospital for non-life threating injuries. The Kentucky State Police was assisted on scene by the McLean County Sheriff’s Department, McLean County EMS, both Central and Sacramento Fire Departments.
