KSP Works Quadruple Fatality In Grayson County

(LEITCHFIELD, KY.) - KSP Post 4 Troopers worked a quadruple fatality caused by a two vehicle head on collision in Grayson Co. on Saturday afternoon. On April 23, 2016 KSP Post 4 received a call from the Grayson Co. dispatch asking for a KSP accident reconstructionist to respond to KY 54 about 1.5 miles West of Leitchfield in regards to a fatality accident. Dylan Fleener (18) of Leitchfield was operating a 1998 GMC Sonoma Pickup West on KY 54 with passengers Thomas Davis (42) of Radcliff, James Vincent (18) of Leitchfield, and Nicholas Sawyer (18) of Leitchfield. For unknown reasons his vehicle crossed the center line and struck a 1995 Ford F-150 being driven by Christine Walton (88) of Falls Of Rough. Dylan Fleener was transported by ambulance to Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center where he later died from his injuries. Thomas Davis, James Vincent, and Christine Walton were all pronounced dead at the scene by the Grayson Co. Coroner's Office. Nicholas Sawyer was airlifted to the University Of Louisville Hospital by Airmethods where he is in serious condition. The accident is still under investigation by KSP Trooper Dewan Kelly.
