Possession of Methamphetamine

Horse Branch, KY. (May 10, 2017) – Kentucky State Police conducted a traffic safety check point on KY 62 East in Horse Branch in Ohio County. A vehicle came through the Traffic safety check point, the operator, Raymond Summers, and passenger Steven Mode were charged with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Summers and Mr. Mode were lodged in the Ohio county detention Center.
