Possession Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Methamphetamine)

Utica, KY (March 08, 2017) – Kentucky State Police responded to a complaint of an EPO violation in Utica. Upon investigation Jason Kipling, 43, of Utica, KY was found to be in violation of a Kentucky EPO. At the time of his arrest, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were also found in Kipling’s possession. Kipling was lodged at the Daviess County Detention Center on the following charges: Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine), Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess and Violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO. KSP was assisted on scene by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office.
