Felony Arrest

Beaver Dam, KY. (April 11, 2017)- Kentucky State Police arrested 37 year old Terry Mattingly, of Beaver Dam, after an investigation that Mattingly was using social media while on probation, and while being a registered sex offender. Kentucky State Police Trooper Adam Wright was able to locate two different cell phones in the home that Terry was using to violate his probation. Terry was arrested and transported to the Ohio County Detention Center and charged with Failure to Comply with Sex offender Registration 1st Offence, Sex Offender IM/CHAT/Social Network, and Probation Violation for Felony Offense, and Persistent Felony Offender 1st.
