Horse Branch, , KY. (April 17, 2017) – Kentucky State Police responded to a one car vehicle collision on US 62 east just outside the community of Horse Branch, KY. Troopers were able to determine that 23 year old Shelly Harder from Greenville was operating her 2008 Chevy Malibu on US 62. Harder entered a curve and left the roadway and struck an earth embankment. Harder was taken to the Ohio County Hospital to be treated for nonlife threatening injuries.
