Vehicle Collision

Beaver Dam, KY. (July 7, 2017) – Kentucky State Police were called to the 2000 block of 62 West due to a single vehicle collision. Once on scene the trooper found that 73 year old Juanita Givens was operating her 2002 Buick Century west bound just outside the city limits of Beaver Dam. Givens for some unknown reason ran off the left hand shoulder of the roadway, striking the earth embankment head on. Givens was transported to the Ohio County Hospital for non-life threating injures. The Kentucky State Police was assisted at the scene by the Ohio County Sheriff’s Office, Beaver Dam Police, and the Ohio County EMS. The investigation is still ongoing by Trooper Adam Wright.
