Possession of Methamphetamine

Hartford, KY. (July 28th, 2017) - While conducting a traffic safety checkpoint, troopers with the Kentucky State Police came into contact with Anthony Cobb, 27, of Rumsey. Through investigation, Cobb was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and was placed under arrest. Mr. Cobb was charged with first degree possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia buy/possess. He was lodged at the Ohio County Detention Center.
