Trafficking In A Controlled Substance/p>

Fordsville, Ky. (September 8th, 2017) –Kentucky State Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in Fordsville. Upon contact with the operator, KSP determined them to be Robert W. Leary, 51, of Fordsville. Through investigation, Troopers discovered Leary to be in possession of multiple controlled substances. Leary was arrested, lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center, and charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense - LSD, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense - LSD, Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree – Drug Unspecified, Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree – Drug Unspecified, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence 1st Offense – Aggravated Circumstance, Drug Paraphernalia – Buy/Possess, and Rear License not Illuminated.
