Possession Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Methamphetamine)

HENDERSON, KY. (October 14, 2017) - On September 14th, 2017, the Kentucky State Police conducted a traffic stop on the Audubon Parkway in Henderson County. Throughout the course of the traffic stop, it was determined that the operator, Peter Williams of Owensboro, was in possession of Methamphetamine. Williams also had three active warrants, two of which were felony warrants. Williams was taken to the Henderson County Detention Center and booked on these charges: (1) Speeding 26 MPH Over or More (Limited Access) (2) Reckless Driving (3) No Operators License (4) Drug Paraphernalia - Buy/Possess (5) Possession Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Methamphetamine).
