Possession of Methamphetamine

Owensboro, KY. (November 6th, 2017) – Kentucky State Police were conducting a welfare check on juveniles residing in a house on Cobblestone Court. Through the course of the investigation, A Trooper located Michael Mays,46 of Owensboro, and located methamphetamine in his possession. Mays was charged with possession of methamphetamine 1st offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mays was lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center.
