Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1 Offense (Methamphetamine)

Daviess County, KY. (November 19th, 2017) – The Kentucky State Police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on Thruston-Dermont Road in Daviess County. Upon further investigation the driver, Christopher Jones, 40 of Owensboro, was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine), Careless Driving, and Failure to Wear Seat Belt. Jones was lodged at the Daviess County Detention Center.
