Paris, KY (August 11, 2017) — Kentucky State Police are investigating the shooting of a Morgan County Man in Bourbon County. Troopers were notified around 2:20 am by James Ross (25) that he had been shot by his father at 3827 Rogers Mill Rd in Mount Sterling, KY which is located in Bourbon County.
