| Through March 15, 2010, sixteen (16) people have been killed in the Post 4 District. Eight (8) victims were not wearing a seat belts, one (1) victim was wearing a seat belt, one (1) victim seat belt is unknown., six (6) victims were pedestrians. A total of four (4) fatalities have resulted from crashes involving the suspected use of alcohol. | |||
