(Hodgenville, Ky)– Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 04 Troopers served a LaRue County Grand Jury indictment warrant on a Louisville man. On May 25, 2018 at approximately 2:41 P.M. EDT, KSP Post 04 Troopers served an indictment warrant on Matthew L. Howsden (33) of Louisville, Ky, in connection to the November 18, 2017 collision that took the life of Stephanie Jensen (28) of Magnolia, Ky.
