Cold Case on David A. Brown

State police request help resolving the disappearance of David Brown on November 23, 1991.

David A. Brown was last seen on November 23, 1991, in the area of Kentucky 344 in Lewis County. Mr. Brown's whereabouts are still unknown. Mr. Brown should be around 39 years of age.
