Meth Lab Investigation and Arrest in Whitley County

(LONDON, KY.) –- On Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at approximately 10:41 PM, the Kentucky State Police, Post 11 London, received a complaint of a possible Methamphetamine Lab at a residence on Gilly Lane in the Rockholds Community of Whitley County.

Upon arrival and investigation Trooper Tony Dingess and Trooper Les Moses discovered three (3) Hydrogen Chloride Gas Generators, Methamphetamine and Methamphetamine Precursors.

Arrested at the residence were:

1. Roxie A. Brooks, 41, of Rockholds, charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st Degree.
2. Miranda L. Rhinehart, 20, of Williamsburg, charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st Degree.
3. Alicia M. Coffey, 21, of Rockholds, charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st Degree and Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st.
4. Tiffany J. Siler, 26, of Williamsburg, charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st Degree. Siler was additionally charged with Promoting Contraband 1st, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after items were discovered hidden on her person at the Whitley County Jail.
5. Robin L. Siler, 43, of Williamsburg, charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st Degree.
6. Robert R. Anderson, 27, of Williamsburg, charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st Degree.
7. Kelly P. Coffey, 38, of Rockholds, charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st Degree, Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd and the Illegal Possession of Meth Precursors.

All seven (7) were lodged in the Whitley County Detention Center.

Trooper Dingess is in charge of the investigation and was assisted by Trooper Les Moses and the Whitley County Sheriff's Department.
