HARTFORD, Ky. (April 02, 2018)—A Kentucky State Police trooper patrolling US 69 near Hartford conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle around 12:30am.

 Through the investigation, it was determined the passenger, Robert B. Garrett Jr., 29 of Beaver Dam, was in possession of illegal drugs and paraphernalia. Garrett was arrested and charged with:

Drug paraphernalia – buy / possess; Possession of Controlled Sub 1st Degree, 1st Off (Methamphetamine); Possession of Marijuana and Possession of a Controlled sub, 3rd Degree – (drug unspecified).

Garrett was transported and lodged in the Ohio County Jail in Hartford. Ohio County Sheriff Office assisted KSP troopers.
