HENDERSON, Ky. (March 30, 2018)—At 10:45p.m., a Kentucky State Police trooper patrolling U.S. 41 North made a traffic stop on a vehicle that did not have the correct license plate displayed.
Upon further investigation, the trooper determined the operator, Seth Bellew, 19 of Henderson to be intoxicated. Bellew was arrested and charged with:
Operating motor vehicle under the influence; Possession of controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine); Possession of marijuana; Two (2) counts of drug paraphernalia; Improper display of registration plates; No registration receipt, No registration plates and Failure to produce insurance card.
Bellew was lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center.
