McHENRY, Ky. (October 02, 2018)—Kentucky State Police conducted a traffic stop on Highland Drive in the McHenry community (Ohio County).  The operator of the vehicle was 48 year old Charlotte M. Agee of Beaver Dam, KY.  Upon further investigation, Agee was found to be in possession of illegal drugs and related paraphernalia.  She was arrested and charged with: Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offence Methamphetamine (Class D Felony); Possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI 1st offense among other traffic charges.

Agee was lodged in the Ohio County Jail.
