Paige D. Cagle was arrested on charges related to use of a minor under 16 in a sexual performance.
Lexington, Ky. (March 2, 2019) — On Mach 1, 2019, the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested Paige D. Cagle, 25, on charges related to use of a minor under 16 in a sexual performance.
Cagle was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering the suspect producing illegal sexual videos using her daughter and sharing those files online.
The investigation resulted in the execution of a knock and talk at a residence in Lexington on March 1, 2019. Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination. The investigation is ongoing.
Cagle is currently charged with one count of use of a minor under 16 in a sexual performance. Each charge is a Class-B felony punishable by 10 to 20 years in prison. She was lodged in the Fayette County Detention Center.
