Yesterday, KSP detectives located Shelton in McLean County and arrested him without incident. He was charged with 2 counts of Rape 3rd degree (Class D Felony) and 2 counts of Sexual Abuse 1st degree (Class D Felony).

Shelton was lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center with a $100,000 bond.
