OWENSBORO, Ky. (April 12, 2018)— Kentucky State Police detectives launched an investigation in reference to sexual abuse allegations concerning a juvenile victim.
After a three month long investigation, the case was presented to the Daviess County Grand Jury. An indictment warrant was subsequently issued for Isaac J. Arvin, 29 of Owensboro. Yesterday, KSP detectives arrested Arvin in Owensboro without incident.
Arvin was lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center with a $100,000 bond.
