Harlan, Ky. (December 3, 2018) As the result of an ongoing investigation two Harlan County men have been arrested in connection with a sodomy complaint.

The two men were arrested on Monday, December 03, 2018 by troopers from KSP Post 10.  The two men arrested have been identified as Winston Wilson, 41, of Baxter, and Joshua Boles, 25, of Harlan.  Both men were lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center.
