Sebree, Ky. (Webster County) – On Friday, March 30, 2023, KSP Post 2 received a complaint that Scott Manufacturing in Sebree, KY  had been placed on lock down due to receiving threats.

Trooper Grant Penrod arrived on the scene and through investigation, he discovered that Jordan Ryan Abel, 33, of Sebree, KY had been sending death threats to an employee at Scott Manufacturing and also threatened to “shoot up” the place of business.  Abel was located in Owensboro, KY and charged with 27 counts of terroristic threatening 3rd degree.
