LEITCHFIELD, Ky. (October 17, 2022) – A news conference announcing the launch of the High Five Rural Traffic Safety Project (High Five) in Grayson County will be held at 10:00 a.m. CDT on Thursday, October 20th at the Grayson Co. Judge-Executive’s Office County Government Annex. The 12-month public safety initiative, successfully piloted in Iowa, aims to increase seat belt use and decrease overall serious crashes in five participating rural Kentucky counties.
