Paris, Ky. (October 21, 2022) – Kentucky State Police Dry Ridge troopers charged Matthew S. Perraut, of Bourbon County, with one count of Sodomy third degree and one count of unlawful transaction with a minor first degree. Mr. Perraut has been arrested and lodged in the Bourbon County Detention Center. This investigation remains ongoing by Detective Josh Wise.
