John Parrott, 6’-00’ 180lbs

***UPDATE*** Subject was apprehended at 06:35 A.M. from inside a residence at 6171 KY705 in West Liberty, and is back in custody at the Eastern Kentucky Correctional Complex.

The Kentucky State Police Post 8 in Morehead received a call for assistance of an escaped inmate.  The Eastern Kentucky Correctional Complex advised that John Parrott, 40 years of age, walked off from a work release detail.  Mr. Parrott is 6’-00’ tall and weighs approximately 180 lbs.  He was last seen on Tree Nursery Road in Morgan County and fled in an unknown direction of travel.  The escapee was last seen wearing a black jacket, black ski mask and gray sweatpants.  John Parrott is believed to be armed and dangerous.  If you see John Parrott, please contact Kentucky State Police at 606-784-4127 or your local law enforcement.
