FULTON COUNTY, Ky.(October 14, 2017) – On Friday, October 13, at approximately 9:00 p.m., Kentucky State Police received information on the possible whereabouts of the escapee. KSP then asked for assistance of Union City Police Department in Tennessee to check a residence in their city.

At approximately 9:15 p.m., officers with the Union City Police Department located and arrested Jerrell D. Kinney. He is being held in Tennessee, awaiting extradition to Kentucky.
