HENDERSON, Ky. (December 27, 2020) – Kentucky State Police, Post 16 phone lines are back in proper working order. The public can call any administrative line for non-emergencies. For emergencies, please call 911. Emergency backup phone lines will remain active if 911 services become interrupted again.

HENDERSON, Ky. (December 25, 2020) – Kentucky State Police, Post 16-Henderson is experiencing issues regarding calls coming into the dispatch center. Area 911 dispatch centers in the Post 16 district as well as other surrounding districts are reporting outages.

Those calling in on the AT&T network, may experience issues.

We are asking those trying to contact KSP Post 16 to use phone numbers 502-682-8626 or 502-682-2251 until further notice.

If you do call in to report an emergency or non-emergency, please be patient and please advise dispatch personnel of your location in so that first responders can respond to the correct location.
